سأقوم بوضع بعض الاسئلة للهستولوجى ارجو ان تستفيدوا منها




Micro techniques:



1. The important of clearing.

2. Mention advantages and disadvantages of paraffin and celloidin method.

3. Preparation of sections for L/M. and stains used.

The cell:

1. Describe cell membrane with reference to junctional complex & modifications.

2. Modifications of cell membrane with reference to their functions.

3. Describe with diagram junctional complex.

4. Mention types of membranous organelles and their general characteristics.

5. Mitochondria.

6. E/M of Golgi apparatus.

7. Mention the types and functions of the endoplasmic reticulum.

8. Main functions of microtubules and microfilaments.

9. What is meant by diploid and haploid No. of chromosomes.

10. Difference between mitotic and first meiotic cell division.

11. What is Barr body? Mention the clinical importance of it.

12. The prophase of the first meiotic division.

13. Define micro-tubular organizing center.

14. Describe the stages of the meiotic division.

Epithelial tissue:

1. The characteristics of the epithelial tissue.

2. The characteristics of the epithelial tissue including its basement membrane.

3. Different types of simple epithelium. Mention one site of each.

5. Classify with diagrams the various types of glandular epithelium, giving one example for each in the human body.

Connective tissue proper:

5. Differences between spinal and sympathetic ganglion.

6. Sympathetic ganglion.

7. Types of degeneration, sites of occurance and stain.

8. Endings in connective tissue.

9. Neuroglia proper {types & finction}



The skin:

1. Epidermis of thick skin and mention the receptors in it.

2. Epidermis of thick skin and mention differences between it and thin skin.

3. The differences between melanocytes and melanophores.

4. The differences between sweat and sebaceous glands.



The cardio-vascular system:

1. The histological characteristics ofthe aorta.

2. An example of large elastic artery.

3. The histological characteristics of:

· Large elastic artery.

· Inferior vena cava.

· Coronary artery.

· Basilar artery.

4. The histological differences between medium sized artery and vein & draw one of them.

5. Functions of A.V. anastmosis.

1. Giving a section of a lymphatic organ; how would you identity it as a lymph node, a spleen or a tonsil by mentioning two characteristics of each and drawing only one diagram for any.
